Glassier. Chardonnay

 

 

This area also has very good conditions for Chardonnay to develop to its full potential. Maturation of this sort of wine is reached around September 15th. The grapes are pressed immediately and fermented in oak barrels. Afterwards, the wine is stored on the fine lees for a few months, in which acid reduction takes place during this time period. The wine then remains in the oak barrels for up to 12 months.
