Our Pinot Blanc is grown in the sole of the Valley on the lay „Glassier“, right next to our cellar doors. On a area of almost 6.000 m² we harvest between 4.800 and 5.100 kg of grapes.
The harvesting period for the Pinot Blanc is normally at the end of August – beginning of September, almost exactely 100 days after flowering. Yield and harvesting moment are changing however from Year to Year.
The Pinot Blanc is fermented in Steel casks and coming to maturity in concrete vat.
